VIVA User’s Group Meeting at VLA

One final reminder to please join us for the VIVA User’s Group Meeting at the annual VLA conference tomorrow, October 29, from 4 - 6 PM.

In addition to the VIVA Update and our brief vendor updates, the following speakers will be featured:

* Donna Hughes-Oldenburg (Virginia Tech) will discuss the work of the VIVA OCLC Reclamation Task Force.

* Alan Zoellner (College of William & Mary) will briefly address the work done by the VIVA STAT-USA Task Force.

* Kathy Perry and Iris Moubray (JMU Procurement) will lead a panel discussion and Q&A session on VIVA Procurement practices that should prove to be both informative and provocative.

Madelyn Wessel (UVA) will unfortunately not be able to join us as planned. We’ll look forward to hearing from Madelyn at a future meeting.
