Note regarding Ariel upgrades

The VIVA Office has received several questions about updating to the latest version of Ariel. VIVA does not have an upgrade disk. To upgrade to the latest version, you will need your installation key.

If you do not have your installation key, please contact the VIVA Office for your order ID. Once you have your order ID, call Infotrieve at 1-800-422-4633 to get the installation key.

Note to VIVA Office - the order numbers are in the Mailings file under Ariel.
