Mason students, faculty and staff are now able to stream all of Alexander Street Press’s video content, including 32 full video collections.
Mason Libraries became the first institution in North America to join the Alexander Street Press pilot program for evidence-based acquisitions (EBA) of video resources. For one year, authorized Mason users have unlimited access to Alexander Street’s complete suite of streaming video content, which includes 28,000 titles, with more than 1,000 added annually. At the end of the year, librarians will select the videos the Mason Libraries should own in perpetuity.
Collections include Filmmakers Library Online, Meet the Press, and many more. For a full list, log on to Academic Video Online, and click on “View your collections” at the top, or just start browsing by subject area.
