Bowdoin receives University’s Outstanding Achievement Award

Congratulations to Jessica Bowdoin, Head, Interlibrary Loan/Document Delivery, who received the University’s Outstanding Achievement Award today. Jessica was recognized for her leadership role in incorporating our Intercampus Document Delivery Service into ILLiad, and for her continuing contributions in reviewing and improving workflow and process in Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery, which resulted in increasingly outstanding performance in that department. Congratulations, Jessica!
