Special Collections & Archives is seeking two (2) graduate students to assist with the description, cataloging, and preservation of over 7,000 East German posters as part of a Council on Library and Information Resources (CLIR) grant.  Applicants must be proficient in reading German and have knowledge of 20th-century German and European history and art history.  Preferred qualifications include experience in library and archives work, particularly cataloging, databases, and markup languages.  These grant-funded positions are available January 2010 until December 2011; preference will be given to applicants who can commit to working the full two-year period (including summers).
