Fenwick Fifth Floor CLOSED: Summer Renovations in Progress

The Fenwick Library 5th Floor Renovation is underway. Please note the following:

  • Floors 5B and 5C ARE CLOSED for the summer.
  • No books are on Floors 5B and 5C!
  • Call Numbers PT-Z & Folios ARE STORED OFF-CAMPUS.
  • Books are totally unvailable for the summer!
  • 5th floor will reopen by the start of Fall Semester 2008.

Montfort named University Employee of the Month

Congratulations to Jessica Montfort, Arlington Campus Library Document Delivery Coordinator, named as the June 2008 George Mason University Employee of the Month! Jessica’s hard work and dedication were recognized by the Information Technology Unit earlier this year. Now her contributions will be celebrated at the Arlington Campus, with President Alan Merten awarding this University-wide distinction. The brief ceremony will be held in Room 245 of Arlington Campus Original Building, at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 5, 2008. Kudos all ’round!
